I'm becoming more and more aware of the power that affirmations can have on a person's life. I love the question "What Do You Say When You Talk to Yourself?" (there's a book by this name as well that is good). Anyway, I wanted to see what affirmations people use here in their own lives. One of my favorites (and a Tony Robbins classic) is "Every day in every way I'm getting stronger and stronger." I dig it because it's rhythmic and almost impossible not to say with feeling.

What others do y'all use? I'd love to hear.

Ziggy Marley's new album Love Is My Religion (his second solo album) came out last week and it's terrific.  I've listened to some of the Marley kids' stuff in the past and while I liked it I never felt it quite matched up to what Bob had done.  (Then again, that is an incredibly tough act to follow.)  Ziggy may changed that with this album.  It's really, really good.  Give it a listen!
