Think Weekend

Heading out of town soon for my own version of Think Weekend, my own mini-version of Bill Gates Think Week. I'm excited to ditch the laptop, turn off the Blackberry and do nothing but the following for the next few days:
1. Cleanse - Planning to do the Master Cleanse for the first time. Been pushing myself really hard the last couple of months and haven't really felt like I've been "in balance" with my health. I haven't gotten sick...rather just have felt a little less than 100%. Looking forward to giving my body a break and allowing it to get back to tip-top shape.
2. Read - I sent a message to eight of the smartest people I know and asked them to recommend one book for me to read. I wanted to do this because sometimes I find myself reading the same types of books. Good stuff like Senge and Ackoff and Wilber and whatnot but I wanted to step outside the norm (at least my norm) for a bit. I'll post a reading list of what they suggested and what I read when I'm back.
3. Yoga + Egoscue - These are the two best things I know for making a body well...functional. I'm looking forward to doing a bunch of these.
4. Sleep - Mmmm...
Next time you see me I'll be a new man. :)

Help

Hello, new man….I figure you are reading this AFTER your weekend, cuz I know you wouldn't cheat and turn on your electronic devices now would you…..
You have a captive audience… tell us about your clarity and we want some enthusiasm since I am sure you are so recharged and ready to capture the life you are envisioning….
I am especially looking forward to the book reviews …ALL of them. I know I can appreciate the cliff notes versions sometimes….eager minds are awaiting…..:)
P.S. Did you happen to ingest any clay during your experience?? If so, do tell all those details too….A full report is in order…..:)
What a Q T U R !
